Our mission is to address poor work life balance in the workforce and to increase working parents' work life balance for greater health and happiness.
Work Family Balance has three primary goals:
1) Help working parents address and overcome the most common negative emotions they experience: fear, stress, guilt, frustration, anger, anxiety, and loneliness.
2) Connect working parents with expert multidisciplinary support and resources so they can better manage their negative emotions and behaviors, and become healthier and happier parents and more focused employees.
3) Support working parents by helping them find an adequate balance between work and family where they feel satisfied and content. The goal is satisfaction, not perfection.
Our work life balance resources and activities help working parents address their many needs, including helping to close gaps in health and happiness.
Our focus is on encouraging parents to consider all their needs, and to connect parents with multidisciplinary experts to address their unmet needs and close gaps in support.
Since balancing work and family is inherently imperfect, absolute balance is never the end goal. The goal is to increase work life balance to a level that is satisfactory and conducive to greater health and happiness.
Our comprehensive health resources and activities help working parents live healthier and happier lives.
Our goal is to help working parents get and stay healthy in body and mind so they have the strength, energy, and resilience to better balance work and family.
Our children's resources and activities are focused on helping children, ages 0-12, learn, grow, and thrive.
Our goal is to develop the whole child, including children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive skills to boost their confidence, happiness, and educational success.
